V0.05a update dev notes:

• Removed centre-right settings button and moved it to the bottom right.
• Improved settings menu, separating the sound and resolution into separate tabs.
• Settings can now be triggered with the escape key
• Added help button on the bottom right of the screen.
• Added help menu full of information about upgrades, inflation, ergonomic collapse and bugs.
• Updated fullscreen and resolution scaling (should now avoid blurry images or pixelated text)
